Our classes are like no other cardio experience. We incorporate interval-training concepts in all of our rides that take your heart rate to significant highs and recuperative lows. Our instructors will challenge and encourage you to reach your individual goals and beyond. Music is a fundamental ingredient to any effective ride! Our instructors take the time to craft playlists that will motivate and inspire you. You will be amazed at how much fun you can have working so hard!
Nope! You pay for each class.You can purchase individual classes online or at the studio, or for a discounted rate; packages of 5, 10 & 20 are available. We also have unlimited monthly rates. Guest manage their own accounts online, can reserve for the week ahead, and can select their individual spot.
Absolutely! We ask that all new riders arrive no later than 20 minutes before their first class. We want to make sure we can show you around and get you set up properly and for a safe ride.
Create an account for yourself and continue on to the purchase page. Once that’s done, choose your desired package. 2 free classes will be placed into your account and ready for your use. From there, click the RESERVE tab and choose your class. If you are cycling, you can even choose your bike. We accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express or cash.
TRUE Ride features custom combination lockers that keep your personal items secure during your ride. In addition, we offer immaculate men and women’s facilities each equipped with showers, towels and spa-grade amenities.
We recommend that you wear comfortable workout attire, specifically bike shorts/pants and moisture wicking tops. You will also need lightweight sports socks. It is important to hydrate during class, so be sure to bring a water bottle. Ear plugs are provided and a good idea if you don’t like it loud.
To ensure an effective and safe ride, our cycles accommodate “clip in” shoes, which allow you to transfer power efficiently with each pedal stroke, plus move out of the saddle safely to work your arms and abs. Our pedals are compatible with SPD and Look Delta cleats. If you don’t have those, don’t worry. We provide shoes for free on your first visit and $2/ride thereafter.
Yes. As a courtesy to other riders and our instructors, you must cancel a class 6 hours before the scheduled class in order to avoid penalty. If you cancel within this 6-hour window, you will forfeit one class or, if you hold a monthly/annual membership, you will be charged a $10 late cancel/no-show fee. Yes! But please note that we release your spot EXACTLY 2 minutes prior to the start of class. If you are running late, give us a call to assure we hold your spot. Here is our phone number so you can program it into your speed dial: (530) 359-TRUE (8783)
We try to keep it simple! All purchased packages expires one year from the date of purchase.
Our studio is the perfect place to host your next non-profit fundraiser or private party with one-on-one attention from our staff and a personalized playlist. Come by or give us a call for more information!
We have a minimum age requirement of 16 years of age and a minimum height requirement of 4’11” or taller. Guest under 18 of age must have a parent/guardian complete a waiver before attending and must be accompanied in class by an adult.
Our space is limited which does not allow us to provide childcare. Please do not leave children under 16 unattended.
