TRUE Ride is a dedicated, stadium style indoor cycling studio with great acoustics, amazing music and atmospheric lighting. Riders are transported to a place where they can focus on achieving their personal best performance. In addition, every instructor at TRUE Ride is certified from Stages Cycling University and TRUE Ride high intense instructing method, ensuring that the quality and consistency of experience is exceptional every time! Finally, many of our group classes incorporate upper bodywork on the bike – a TRUE Ride head to toe!
Our expert certified coaches create challenging, exhilarating rides featuring indoor cycling techniques combined with upper body hand weights. This 45-minute ride is choreographed to the rhythmic beats of energetic, uplifting music. You’ll stay motivated to reach your fitness goals, but BEWARE, this class may change your body and your life.
Want to up your game? This 45-minute class will motivate you with the challenge of “real to the road” coaching and power meter stats. Combined with upper body hand weights, this class will provide the cross-training you need to rev up your fitness.
While every ride is a party at TRUE Ride, we like to keep things fresh. Such as…Mashup Monday, Throwback Thursday, Happy Hour, Brunch, Concert Series, and other rocking rides. Keep a look out on our schedule for these rides.
Ride for TRUE Change
TRUE Ride believes in giving back to our community, and once a month we ride for a reason with all profits given to a designated charity. When you purchase an unlimited class package, enter the name of your favorite local non-profit, and each month we’ll draw a recipient!
You can book the entire cycle studio for you own private event. Our studio is the perfect place to host your next non-profit fundraiser or private party with one-on-one attention from our staff and a personalized playlist. Need catering? Double Shot (Strength & Cycling)
Double Shot is a total body conditioning workout that will help you tone and trim for a lean, sculpted body. In this 60 minute class you will build strength and muscle using TRX Strength, burn calories in a TRUE performance ride and finish with fat burning cardio intervals. You will push your limits and see results! Great for all levels but get ready to sweat in this fun and invigorating work out that targets the ENTIRE BODY!
