Laurie

Laurie was a hairstylist for 30 years until she fell in love with rhythm riding. One class was all it took: she was addicted. She quit her job and dedicated herself to making TRUE Ride a reality. MOSSA, Les Mills, Stages, and ICA Certified, she is obsessed with making sure we all sweat together.

Laurie’s favorite part about being an instructor is watching everyone in her classwork together and encouraging each other during every moment of the ride. Her favorite move is the push/press and she loves creating new choreography to challenge her riders. In her spare time, she can be found searching for new music while hanging out with the true loves of her life; her cat and her husband, Dan.
