How to Reserve
Reserving a Class
First, Sign Up by creating an account online with your information. You must have paid classes in your account in order to reserve a class. To book a ride, simply choose an available bike from the Cycle Room map and click confirm. You can check your schedule and bike number at any time while logged into your account. Our schedule is released each Sunday at 12 p.m. for the following week. You can reserve a class up to 2 weeks in advance.
It’s Easy as 1-2-3 to Reserve Your Class
Create an account then purchase the class series you wish.
Click on the schedule and pick the day and time that best fits your schedule.
Reserve your class. A confirmation email will be sent to you.
If the class you want to take is full, you may add yourself to the waitlist. As guests cancel, the list moves up automatically and emails the next person. If you’re emailed and can’t attend the class, cancel online or call the studio. Remember, if you sign up for the waitlist, it’s the same as signing up for a class – if you are added to the class from the waitlist and don’t cancel in advance, we expect to see you! If you are a Standard Series holder, you will for forfeit one class or, if you hold a auto renewal series, you will be charged a $10 late cancel/no-show fee.. The waitlist is a great feature for those times you know you want to be in a class but it is full.
If you are running late, please call to let us know. Your spot will be released two minutes before the start of class if we have not heard from you. No guest may join a class 5 minutes after class has begun and the same charges below will apply.
As a courtesy to other riders and our instructors, you must cancel your class 12 HOURS before your scheduled class in order to avoid penalties. UNLIMITED memberships are subject to a $10 LATE CANCEL/NO SHOW FEE if a class is not canceled within 12 HOURS (12) of the start of class. LIMITED & STANDARD series forfeit their class.
