No need to design your own ride! Our TRUE Ride training equips you with all the tools for success. You'll learn how to lead high-intensity interval training, curate inspiring playlists, and motivate your riders for both physical and mental transformations. As the star of the show, you'll command the room, so bring your energy, motivation, and stage presence. We'll help you with music sources and playlist mixing. A positive, team-oriented attitude is a must, and we value your openness to feedback.
